When I first got into health and fitness all I focused on was the numbers. The number of calories I was eating, the number of steps I was taking, and the number of reps of each exercise.
But with all of that I still wasn't getting the results I wanted and I was so tired all the time. Then I started focusing on the lifestyle of health and fitness. I started adding intention to my mornings and evenings and everything changed. I was sleeping better, had more energy throughout the day, I was happier, I fell asleep quickly and slept deeply, and my body started to change so much more quickly.
That is what this program teaches you how to do. To focus on the habits that will help you get the sleep that will make a difference in your health, fitness, mind, and body.
